This Privacy Policy explains how Marketing by Megan Deaust collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our website, apply to or participate in The “Do Less” Marketing Reset, purchase a digital deliverable, or engage our freelance marketing services (collectively, the “Services”).

Payment-related information: payments are processed through Squarespace. We do not typically store full credit card details. We may receive limited payment metadata (e.g., payment confirmation, amount, date, billing name/email, payment status).

Group calls and confidentiality
The “Do Less” Marketing Reset includes mastermind-style group calls. We expect respectful participation and confidentiality in the group setting.
Recordings
We may record calls for internal notes, quality, training, or to provide replays to participants when we choose to do so and when appropriate. If calls are recorded, participants may appear by name, voice, video, or chat.
If you prefer to keep your camera off or use a different display name in a group call, you may do so.

6) How we share personal information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share personal information with trusted service providers only as needed to operate our business and deliver Services, such as:
Squarespace (website hosting, website forms, and payment processing)
EmailOctopus (newsletter email communications)
Google Workspace / Google Calendar (scheduling, meeting invites, and calendar management)
analytics and performance tools used by the Website platform and related services
cloud storage and collaboration tools used for project delivery (as needed)
