2) Website Use
You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site security, or use the Website for unlawful purposes. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time.
3) Program Overview: The “Do Less” Marketing Reset
The Program is designed for business owners who want to reduce scattered marketing activity and build a repeatable system rooted in clear positioning, messaging, and planning.
What’s included (high level):
Brand Book (including founder interview, draft review session, digital copy + printed/bound copy)
12-Month Marketing Blueprint (including planning session, draft review session, digital PDF)
Mastermind Support: 6 bi-weekly calls over 3 months
Spots: Limited to six participants each session
Specific inclusions are governed by the current Program sales page plus these Terms.
4) Application, Acceptance, and Fit
The Program may require an application and a fit call. Applying does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to decline applicants if we believe the Program is not a fit (for example, misalignment in expectations, capacity, or conduct).
If you are declined and you already paid, you will be refunded in full.
5) Deliverables + Scope Boundaries
A) What the Program is
The Program provides strategy, messaging clarity, planning, and group support.
B) What the Program is not
Unless explicitly included in writing, the Program does not include:
Done-for-you content creation (social posts, blogs, newsletters, reels, etc.)
Ad account setup or ongoing ad management
Website design/development or technical implementation
Ongoing analytics reporting dashboards
Full brand identity design (logo creation, full visual identity systems)
If you want implementation support after the Program, that is a separate engagement and may require a separate proposal/SOW.
C) Revision limits
Unless otherwise stated on the sales page or in writing:
Brand Book: includes one draft review session and one revision round.
Marketing Blueprint: includes one draft review session and one revision round.
Additional revisions or scope expansions may be quoted separately.
6) Scheduling, Calls, and Participation
Sessions and calls
Program calls are scheduled on set dates/times. By enrolling, you agree to the cadence.
Missed calls
If you miss a call, you are responsible for catching up. Missed calls are not refunded or replaced unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.
Conduct
We expect respectful, professional participation. We may remove any participant who is disruptive, abusive, or violates confidentiality (see Section 11). Removal does not trigger a refund.
7) Freelance Services
Freelance Services are offered separately from the Program and require a proposal, SOW, or written agreement.
Scope and change requests
Services are limited to what’s outlined in the proposal/SOW. Requests outside scope may require:
a revised quote,
a change order, and/or
additional fees.
Timelines
Timelines depend on client responsiveness, access to platforms, and revision turnaround. Delays in providing materials or feedback may shift delivery dates.
8) Client Responsibilities
To do the work properly, you agree to:
Provide timely access to required accounts/tools (website, hosting, Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, etc.)
Supply accurate information, assets, and approvals
Respond to questions and feedback requests within a reasonable timeframe
Confirm you have rights to any materials you provide (logos, images, copy, etc.)
We are not responsible for delays or reduced outcomes caused by missing access, late responses, incomplete information, or third-party tool limitations.

13) AI Tools and Custom GPT Notes
We may use AI-assisted tools to support drafting, ideation, editing, workflow efficiency, and content creation. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything you implement, including claims, compliance, platform rules, and accuracy.
Some deliverables may include AI training notes, prompt guidance, or workflows. You acknowledge:
AI outputs can be imperfect and require human review.
You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content in your business.
We are not liable for platform penalties, compliance issues, or reputational impacts resulting from how you deploy AI outputs.
14) Disclaimers
Marketing involves variables we can’t control (market changes, competition, platform algorithms, your execution consistency, budget, sales process, seasonality, etc.).
We do not guarantee specific results such as revenue, leads, rankings, ROAS, or growth outcomes. We provide strategy, deliverables, and support based on best practices and your inputs.
15) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marketing by Megan Deaust will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Program, Services, or Website is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific product/service giving rise to the claim.
16) Third-Party Tools, Platforms, and Links
We may recommend or use third-party platforms (Google, Squarespace, hosting providers, email tools, analytics tools, etc.). We are not responsible for:
third-party outages, errors, policy changes, or fees,

By us
We may terminate or pause service if you:
violate these Terms,
engage in abusive/unprofessional conduct,
fail to pay invoices,
repeatedly delay progress by not providing required access/materials.
By you
If you stop participating or request termination, no refunds apply. For freelance Services, you remain responsible for fees for work completed and any non-cancellable costs.
18) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (including illness, internet outages, natural disasters, platform outages, government actions, etc.). Where possible, we will reschedule and continue delivery.
